David Rosen 

David Rosen serves as the Vice President for Finance and Accounting and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, corporate and program accounting, and audit functions for Internews. Rosen’s background includes considerable senior level experience in the implementation of financial planning and analysis functions in both non-profit and for-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Internews, Rosen was the chief financial officer for a non-profit focused on job creation in economically underserved communities, a series of socially responsible investment funds providing debt and equity financing to financially disadvantaged small businesses, and international architectural and environmental engineering organizations. He also serves as the audit committee chair for two large California-based not-for-profits involved in microfinance and environmental land use preservation.

He has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
